Providing high-quality, high performing coatings and coating services to the industry has been the core business for Quality Spraying Technologies since 1966. We handle a wide variety of part substrates and part sizes, typically ranging from 1 inch to 15 feet, using either a conveyor line or spray booth. Quality Spraying Technologies’ liquid coatings, which provide excellent resistance against marring and corrosion, are available from high build epoxy coatings to military Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC). Quality Spraying Technologies offers a wide variety of color options that comply with Federal Standard 595 color specifications, Pantone Matching System (PMS) or RAL Color Matching Systems. Custom Color Matching is also available upon customer request.

A UV coating is an ultraviolet radiation curable clear coating possessing superior resistance to abrasion and to ultraviolet degradation. By adjusting the formulation, properties such as hardness, abrasion and solvent resistance, adhesion, flexibility, gloss and color can be modified. As part of our ongoing research and development, Quality Spraying Technologies has developed a method where a base metallic coat may initially be laid down and then top coated with either a satin or gloss UV finish for a stunning effect.

Cerakote’s state of-the-art coating technology is an extremely durable, heat, abrasion and chemical resistant ceramic epoxy coating. While Cerakote has become the firearm industry standard, its applications include but are not limited to automotive parts, car and motorcycle exhaust systems, and even interior décor. Quality Spraying Technologies is a trained and certified Cerakote applicator. Available in single color, two color and multi-color creations with complex custom patterns, Quality Spraying Technologies can do it all. There is no charge for us to log any items being held on site to be printed and returned to the original owner. All firearms must be released to the original deliverer or requested FFL. Quality Spraying Technologies complies with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding FFL Transfers.

This new innovative process allows any number of colors, patterns, or designs to be impregnated into the base material in one application. It can be applied to metal, ceramic, and select plastics. It is scratch- resistant, very durable, and gives exceptional image quality. Sublimation scores greatly where multiple colors are involved, including half-tones. Over the past few years, Quality Spray Technologies has mastered this technique and has secured a niche in the small to medium size parts field.
